Chinese Car Maker Shows New Factory Robot

Chinese electric car maker XPENG reveals a human-shaped robot working in its Guangzhou factory.

The robot, named IRON, helps factory workers sort parts and install screws. It uses self-driving technology similar to what XPENG puts in their cars.

The robot works alongside humans and other machines in the factory. It delivers parts and keeps production moving smoothly.

IRON uses artificial intelligence to find its way around the factory. It can adjust to changes and handle different tasks accurately.

The robot follows production schedules and keeps track of parts inventory. This helps the factory run more efficiently.

XPENG designed IRON to make their production lines smarter. They want robots and humans working together to build cars faster.

The company sees IRON as the first step toward more automated factories. They plan to add more robots to their production lines.

XPENG joins other car makers exploring robotics technology. They believe robots will change how cars are built.

The company continues testing IRON's abilities in their factory. They want to find more ways robots can help workers.
