UK-Built Humanoid Robot Joins Computer History Museum Display

The Computer History Museum in Mountain View has unveiled its newest exhibit featuring Ameca, a humanoid robot that can mimic human expressions and hold conversations.

UK company Engineered Arts created the robot, which moves and responds like a human using advanced AI technology.

Visitors can now interact with Ameca at the museum, watching it demonstrate facial expressions and movements.

The museum added this exhibit to show how robotics technology has evolved and where it might go in the future.

Museum officials encourage visitors to see what they call "a day in the life of Ameca."

The robot joins the museum's existing collection of historical technology artifacts and innovations.

The Computer History Museum continues to operate as Silicon Valley's main hub for preserving and showcasing technology developments.
